The Mind's Script
"What is the exact lie or story my mind tells me to justify staying in this draining situation?"

Objective

Step 1
Find a quiet space. Take a few deep breaths. Read each line aloud, pausing to feel the release. Your open centers are highlighted — these carry the most conditioning for you.
Step 2
Place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your stomach. Close your eyes, take three deep belly breaths, then speak this declaration aloud with calm, unshakeable authority:
Take a deep inhale, open your mouth, and sigh it out completely — letting your shoulders drop.
Step 3
Check in with these four pillars every single day to ensure you do not slip back into the old Not-Self software.

When a choice felt "heavy," did I pause and respect that heaviness instead of forcing a "yes"?

Did I express my truth calmly and directly, or did I people-please to manage someone else's mood?
When someone presented a demand, did I offer a grounded counter-proposal that protected my energy?

Write down the rawest, most beautiful insights you uncovered during this 9-center journey. Remind your future self of the exact boundaries you swore to protect and the compromises you are no longer willing to make.
